This inspirational video includes quotations from participants in a gratitude challenge requiring them to give thanks for 21 days. Participants describe what they learned through practicing gratitude, especially when adversity struck during the challenge time frame. This 2-minute video could be a springboard for a discussion about praying our gratitude. Note: YouTube offers a variety of video resources that can enhance the Catholic learning environment.
