Month of the Rosary: Share the Rosary
About this article
Here's an idea for your teens to work with elementary students
For a class or group project make rosaries for a group of elementary students preparing to receive the sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time. Rosaries can be made from beads found at craft stores or by tying knots in pieces of course string. Large rosaries can be made from acorns.
Ask the elementary student's teacher to allow your group to present the rosaries to the kids. During the presentation, you can also teach the elementary students how to pray the rosary.
