Dear God... Prayer after 9-11

Dear God, I want to pray for all those people who were touched by the tragedy on September 11. I hear all the stories that are being told by the families of the victims. They are so sad. I am asking you, God, to help me not to take my family for granted and to appreciate each day I have to spend with them. I pray that we make good decisions in the future and that the pain and terror are dealt with in a helping way. Amen.
