September 11: Dear God, Please comfort our nation . . .

Dear God, Please comfort our nation in this time of sorrow. Please be with the families who have lost a loved one, our leaders that they may make the right decisions, and all Americans that we may come together and remain strong. Thank you for the knowledge that things WILL get better with time, and that you are always with us, helping us heal our wounds. Watch over us, Lord, as we proceed to the next step, and help us to deal with whatever may come our way. Help us to remember that you are always beside us, whether we can see your presence or not. Amen.
