Robert J. McCarty

Robert J. McCarty, Dmin, has worked in professional youth ministry at the parish, community, diocesan, and national levels since 1973. Bob teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in youth ministry at several colleges, and presents training and formation programs on ministry issues and skills internationally.

Bob currently serves as the executive director for the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry, which provides resources, leadership, and vision for the development of youth ministry in the Catholic Church. He is also a parish youth ministry volunteer at Saint Francis of Assisi Church in Fulton, Maryland.
