Barbara Allaire

Barbara Allaire was the editor for high school curriculum materials at Saint Mary's Press for the last 10 years. Currently she is taking a sabbatical from employment to explore new life directions. Barbara lives with her husband in Winona, Minnesota, and they have two grown sons. She loves being involved with the local Catholic Worker community and its two houses. Through her college freshman-year course in liturgical theology in 1964, Barbara learned of the vision of the Second Vatican Council, and she has been pursuing that vision ever since.
