Leonard DiPaul
Dr. Len DiPaul brings firsthand experiences in coaching, parenting, and working with athletic programs, from youth to college. For over 24 years, Len has worked for the Office for Youth and Young Adults (OYYA) for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. During this time he has presented countless addresses, locally and nationally, on the topic of "The Role of Sports in Church and Society," along with talks on "Mission and Identity of Catholic Schools and Athletics." He was a member of the committee that established the Center for Sport, Spirituality and Character Development at Neumann College, and he has served as an interim director and chair for the National Center for Catholic Youth Sports (NCCYS). Len currently serves as the executive director of the Department of Pastoral Studies at Neumann College.
