Jonathan Yu-Phelps

Jonathan Yu-Phelps teaches religion classes and is a campus minister at Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Massachusetts. Over the decade that he has taught classes that explore the religious traditions of the world, he has taken hundreds of students to visit Buddhist meditation centers, Hindu temples, mosques and synagogues. Jonathan has been a facilitator for several Saint Mary's Press workshops, and he wrote a feature on religious diversity for the January, 2002, issue of Connect newsletter. He was a coauthor of the teaching manual for World Religions: A Voyage of Discovery by Saint Mary's Press. He holds a master's of theological studies from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has studied at the Institute for Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry at Boston College.
