Frank Mercadante
Frank C. Mercadante is the director of Cultivation Ministries, a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1990 for the purpose of cultivating team-based, comprehensive, and disciple-making Catholic youth ministries by training, resourcing, and supporting adult and teen leaders. Mercadante earned a bachelor's degree in Christian education from Wheaton College, a master's degree in pastoral studies from Loyola University, Chicago, and a certificate in advanced studies in youth ministry from the Center for Ministry Development. He was director of youth ministry at Saint John Neumann in Saint Charles, Illinois, for 10 years. Mercadante's work in youth evangelization was featured in the book Parishes That Excel, by Patrick Brennan.
